As one of Texas' rising stars in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Trey brings a wealth of knowledge in construction lending and customer service to A2Z Consultants. Prior to  founding A2Z Consultants, Trey served as Youth Pastor for Trinity Baptist Church of Sugar Land and Customer Relations Coordinator for KB Home Houston Division. Working for KB Home Houston, Trey was very instrumental in implementing and evaluating policies for the Houston division. Trey is one of the reasons for KB Home's overall "JD Powers" Customer Service Satisfaction in the Houston market. As Vice President of Construction Lending for a commercial brokerage firm in Houston, Trey has specialized in getting financing for hard to place loans.

Trey has arranged financing for individuals with little or no money down; bankruptcies; credit problems; and stated income on large purchases. In his short time at as a Commerical Mortagage Consultant, he has originated millions in hard to place loans and is becoming one of the premiere "hard money" Brokers of the state of Texas. His overall success has earned him the nick name "Grand Guru of Construction Lending" among his collegues and peers.

As the Managing Partner for an Opportunity Investment Pool and Vice President of Construction Lending, Trey offered innovative funding solutions and consulting services to investors that need creative financing to successfully complete their projects. Trey has structured construction financing for subdivisions, condos, Nursing Homes, Apartment Complexes, Single Family Residences, Retail Strip Center, and Metal Warehouse Buildings. Along with construction, Trey has arranged land and lot financing for investors and builders. Trey's projects have ranged from $35,000 - $10,000,000.

As a life long native of Austin, Texas, Trey has served in the capacity of Sergeant-At-Arms and Legislative Aide for the Texas House of Representatives. Trey has served under former Texas Governor George W. Bush as a aide. Trey has an earned Bachelors of Art in Christianity and Political Science (Pre-Law) from Houston Baptist University. He is currently completing a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies
