As a consultant, A2Z specializes in structuring short-term private mortgage financing to the professional real estate investors (builder, developer and small business owners) for the acquisition, construction and renovation of land, lots and commercial properties throughout Texas with special focus on Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Galveston, and Corpus Christi.

What We Do

We have over 7 years combined in construction and commercial finance. We have fairly quick closing process, normally within 2 weeks from full submital of the loan package. We may specialize in new Construction and Rehab Financing. We will also consider Raw Land, Lots, Land Development, Commercial Retail Facilities, and other projects that may fit our loan perameters.
